This is a great example of a Gibson Les Paul Standard ‘60s in Bourbon Burst, with a really clean top and a strong, classic look.

The finish on this one presents beautifully, with a rich Bourbon Burst that suits the flame top and gives it that unmistakable Les Paul character straight away.

Classic ‘60s Feel and Tone

The ‘60s Standard is known for its slimmer neck profile and more immediate, responsive feel compared to the ‘50s versions. It’s comfortable in the hand, easy to move around on, and delivers the familiar Les Paul sound:

• Strong midrange
• Clear, articulate top end
• Plenty of sustain

It’s the kind of guitar that works across a lot of styles without needing much effort.

Condition

This guitar is in excellent overall condition and has clearly been well looked after.

• Very clean top with minimal visible wear
• Some light player wear on the back of the body
• Minor delamination around the high E tuner ferrule on the headstock, likely caused by machine head pressure. This is cosmetic only and does not affect playability or stability

It has been checked over and set up by our in-house team and is playing exactly as it should.

This is a really solid, no-surprises Les Paul Standard.  The top looks great, the colour is spot on, and it has the feel you expect from a ‘60s spec Gibson. The small cosmetic marks are worth noting, but they don’t take away from it as a player’s guitar.
