Return Process

  Carefully pack your item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package through your preferred carrier to our main distribution center in Melbourne.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
